Billy has journeyed many times to the United States in search of this history and has collected a vast archive on some of the best (and least) known heroes of Ulster-Scots descent.
This event is part of Ards & North Down Borough Council's Leid and Lairn Festival, celebrating Ulster-Scots language and heritage.
