James Armour and Maeve O'Neill will be launching a new publication From the Beagh to Maghera on Saturday 1st August.
Seen through the eyes of the author as a child, this book is a first-hand account of growing up on a family farm in the Beagh during the ‘50s and ‘60s. It describes everyday life on the farm, the coming of the tractor the household activities and the close-knit life of the local neighbourhood.
