This is the first major study to present a wide-ranging and inclusive survey and analysis of Ulster-Scots culture over the centuries. Calling on history, literature and contemporary material, Professor Hutchinson examines the particular mind-set of a multi-faceted community. Wesley Hutchinson is Professor Emeritus in Irish Studies at the Sorbonne Nouvelle, Paris.
