"Aneath" [A-neath] Meaning: Beneath
28 September 2022
Join us on Saturday 1 October between 10am – 5pm at Theatre at the Mill for the Spinning Yarns Festival.
With a variety of displays, workshops, demonstrations, craft and gift stalls, and a marketplace with a wide range of traders, Spinning Yarns is the event for those passionate about yarn or simply seeking a great day out.
Staff from the Ulster-Scots Agency look forward to welcoming visitors to our stand at this year’s festival where we will be chatting about our work, as well as distributing a selection of free Ulster-Scots publications and promotional items. We’ll also have some special goodie bags to give away on the day so keep an eye on our social media channels:
On the day, the Agency will be joined by Harris Kilts, a Belfast-based producer of high-quality kilts, tartan and tweed. Visitors to the event can join us for demonstrations of how a selection of our items are made and to learn more about Ulster-Scots cultural traditions.
For further details or to book tickets visit the Spinning Yarns website here.
We’ll see you there!
