Job Opportunity - Corporate Programme Manager

The Ulster-Scots Agency are looking for a highly motivated and innovative individual to support the Corporate Services Team.

The successful individual will support the Corporate Services Team in the efficient delivery of the corporate planning, regulatory and statutory tasks throughout the year, ensuring timely approval and publication of key corporate publications, such as the Annual Report, Business Plan and Corporate Plan.

Your new role will involve:

  • Preparing the Agency’s corporate publications, including Annual Business Plan, Annual Accounts, Corporate Plan, etc. through to publication and in liaison with our sister body for North-South corporate documents where required
  • Supporting the effective long term strategic planning of the Agency by monitoring Agency performance against key targets and goals, reporting on KPI status monthly to the Board
  • Ensuring timely submission of statutory and regulatory responses, returns and reports such as Section 75, Part 5 (ROI), FEC, SEIA as well as FOI requests, complaints, and AQ/PQs
  • Development, implementation and monitoring of Equality Action Plans for both jurisdictions and embedding equality within all current policies and procedures
  • Management of climate change responsibilities including development and maintenance of the Agency’s Climate Action Roadmap, ensuring all Agency staff aware of our commitments and requirements
  • Any other duties as required to support the Director of Corporate Services and Chief Executive.

Ideally you will have a wealth of project management experience (from start to finish), a strong working knowledge and/or experience of statutory organisational responsibilities (including areas such as GDPR, Equality) along with policy development in these areas, experience in developing business and corporate plans and also developing strategic papers with budgets, objectives and KPIs.

Requirements
