Music on the Mall Ulster-Scots Festival 2010
The Hartford Community Development and Cultural Association are pleased to present an Ulster-Scots Festival in Armagh from 23 to 25 August 2010. This festival has been generously supported by the Ulster Scots Agency, and Armagh City and District Council.
The festival opens on Monday 23 August 2010 with workshop classes aimed primarily for the youth with classes in Scottish Country Dancing and Lambeg drumming.
These classes will be held every day from Monday to Wednesday.
The classes, for learners of all ages, will be held in Orange Hall Armagh on Monday 23, Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 August.
The Lambeg Drumming Classes will be held each morning from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and the Scottish Country Dancing Classes each afternoon from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

MUSIC ON THE MALL
The highlight of the festival will again be Music on the Mall which will be held in an enclosed arena outside the Armagh Orange Hall on Wednesday 25 August starting at 7.30pm.
This will be an evening of Ulster Scots music and entertainment provided by Flute Band, Accordion Band and Pipe Band. The Fife & Drum & Scottish Highland Dancers, The Portadown Scottish Country Dancers will be performing a wide selection of dance routines.
