To assist in the promotion of greater awareness and use of Ullans and the Ulster-Scots cultural issues, both within Northern Ireland and throughout the island by ensuring the Financial Assistance Scheme is administered in a manner which meets the needs of the Community while adhering to all corporate governance compliances.
