European Heritage Open Days 2023

The Ulster-Scots Agency is taking part in European Heritage Open Days 2023, in partnership with Ards and North Down Borough Council.
On Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 September, 11am – 5pm, join us for a fun-filled weekend by the sea, in the historic village of Groomsport.
The Agency and the Council will celebrate Ulster-Scots language, heritage, and culture with an array of activities. Step back in time and into Cockle Row Cottages, which will be the setting for walking tours, heritage crafts, highland dance, piping, soda bread making, archery, and even falconry!
Don't miss out on the chance to immerse yourself in our shared history - come along, it will be great craic!
