The popular part time local Ulster Scots radio station, fUSe FM returned at 8.00am on Monday 16th June for its now annual 28 days summer broadcast. Broadcasting from their new purpose built fUSe FM studio in the Ullans Centre, 65 Main Street, this will be the fifteenth time fUSe will have gone on air in the Toon. more »
The Commonwealth Ceilidh is part of a 24 hour global ceilidh event to celebrate Scottish dance and culture as a lead-up to the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. People of Belfast can join the worldwide celebrations on Saturday 21st June at the Belfast Commonwealth Ceilidh which is taking place in Belfast City Hall’s Great Hall from 7.30pm (doors open at 7.00pm). The event is being hosted by the High Sheriff of Belfast, Lydia Patterson and supported by the Ulster-Scots Agency. more »
